If you really think about it everyone is a genius. Everybody is good at something that other people may not be so good at. Being good at something that other people may not be so good at makes you a genius in that subject. With the internet technically everyone is a genius, the internet can answer just about anything you want it to answer. Say you are poor in math, the internet can make you a genius in math if you took your time to google how to do what you're not good at. the internet has created people who are unbelievable geniuses and you may be shocked by it. There are children in other countries who do not have teachers and are still smart because of what the internet provides for them. I feel like you can never be stupid again because you can find ANYTHING, and have no excuse to not look up an answer if you do not know it.
For my 20 time project I am getting involved to help the foster kids in Dickinson County. Most kids who are in foster care either have nothing when they get removed from their house or they take a small amount of their belongings in a trash bag or a Walmart bag. I want to stop the use of those things and get things for the children so they know that there is people out there that care about them. I have a GoFundMe account and a TogetherWeRise account to help raise the money. I want to get them a duffle bag that has small things inside them that they will need. I am working on getting donation boxes up in local churches. I am also working on a project with Katlin on redoing the teachers lounge so that teachers will actually like in because in my opinion it feels like a funeral home when you walk in.
Your digital footprint is something that is very important now of days. Technology links you to everything including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,etc. All of these things are what people look at when you apply for a job and even for school. If you have a negative footprint or they can't find you at all, you have no chance of getting hired or accepted. Not everyone has a very very clean digital footprint, but if you are just starting to use all of those things do not post bad pictures, bad things when having a rough day, especially do not go out and bully people. I think my digital footprint is pretty clean. I do have a a Facebook that I mainly post pictures from events on and use to communicate with my cheer team. I have used Twitter, I do not use it as often as I used too. I have posted times on Twitter when I was upset. I do have the other sites like Instagram but do not post any bad pictures or do illegal things. I think the things I could do better for my digital citizenship is make a LinkedIn to post all my projects and see what others think i am good at. I now have made a Weebly that describes who i am and what i do, with all my projects.
